Ingredients of Palak pakoda

STEP : 1
These are the simple ingredients required to make the palak and onion mix pakodi in the home

First step you need to chopped the onions and also palak (spinach leaves) as shown

After chopping you need to take the big heavy bottom utensil and add the washed and chopped palak and onion in it as shown

Next you need to chopped the curry leaves and add in the palak and onion as shown

Next you need to add one table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in it as shown

Next you need to add the half table spoon of salt or as per the taste in it as shown

Next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the palak and onion in the utensil as shown

Next you need to add one table spoon of red chilli powder in it you can also use green chillies also if required.

After adding the ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder you need to mix it Well as shown with the help of your hand

After mixing you need to add one cup of gram flour in the mixed mixture as shown

After adding the gram flour you need to mix it well with the hand if you required water you can use some but if not required you need to mix without water, I have not use water and I have mixed it as shown after mixing put a side

Next step you need to take the frying pan heat it on the stove and put 2 cups of oil in the frying pan as shown

After heating the oil now you need to put the pakodas with the hand and deep fry it as shown

You need to fry the pakodas till it cooks completely with the light brown in colour, after frying you need to remove it in the plate as shown
