Ingredients of Palak ki sabji

STEP : 1
Take the spinach leaves wash them very well and clean it so that no mud, dust or any other germs remain.

Chop the spinach leaves by removing the stem and only the leaves into very fine pieces as shown in the image.
STEP : 3
Take the potato, peel it wash it and cut it into small cubes, set aside the puffed pulses and make a paste of the ginger. Slit the green chili.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the celery seeds, red chili and the bay leaf and fry them well.
STEP : 5
Add the puffed pulses to the kadai and fry them well till they turn brownish in color on all sides.
STEP : 6
Add the potato cubes to the kadai and let it fry well till the potato turns slightly golden in color. Crush the fried puffed pulses.

Add the salt, turmeric and green chili. Mix all the contents and stir them well so that it is evenly cooked.
STEP : 8
Add the chopped spinach leaves to the kadai and let it mix well with the contents and cook so that the water is drained off from the leaves.
STEP : 9
Add the ginger paste to the kadai and cook till the spinach is blended well and is soft and there is no water remaining. Then the dried vegetable is ready to be served.
