Ingredients of Palak khichdi
STEP : 1
Take palak cut into pieces of one cup and be ready with all the vegetables that are used in this recipe.

After that soak the 1/2 cup of rice before 10 minutes of the preparation and soak 1/2 cup of green gram pulse before night.

Take the pan add oil to it and made it heat for some time after heating of the oil add 1/2 spoon of cumin and mustard seeds to the oil and made it fry.

After frying of that add 1 cup of palak and green chilies to the oil and fry it in a medium flame.

When the palak is ready to fry add 1/2 cup of potatoes and tomatoes to the pan mix well and cook it for some time.

Now add turmeric to it and add ginger paste of 1/2 spoon to the pan mix well all the ingridients and made it for fry.

Now add the 1/2 table spoon of salt to the pan and mix well in a low flame only and kept for some time.

Add 2 cups of water to the fried vegetables and made the water boil for about 20 to 30 minutes,in a high flame.

Once the water is boiled then add the 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of green gram pulse to the water and cook them in a medium flame.

Once the rice is cooked add coriander to it and add 6 spoons of ghee to the kichidi before put off the stove and take into the serving bowl ,and serve with lemon piece.
