  • 1.00 cup Wheat Flour
  • 0.50 cup Spinach
  • 0.25 tbsp Ajwain Seeds
  • 0.50 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Salt
  • 3.00 tbsp Ghee Or Oil

  • Take and Wash half bunch of spinach leaves in water and chop as fine slices,squeeze well and drained out the water.

  • Add the chopped spinach into a mixer jar and grind them well to get thick spinach juice by adding very little water.

  • Take a large mixing bowl and add some wheat flour and add 1/4 tbsp of carom seeds and needed salt with them.

  • Then add those extracted spinach juice and add half a tbsp of red chilly powder and add some cumin powder with them.

  • Knead well the flour to make a soft dough by add some more spinach juice if needed, and keep them for soak at ten to fifteen minutes.

  • When the dough is get well soak and soft ow divide the dough into equal portions as small ball sized dough.

  • Then spread them as a flat dough spread, using a rolling pin and spread some oil or ghee over them.

  • And now fold the spread dough as fleets or zig zag fold, which is shown in the given picture.

  • And now roll the fleeted dough by holding one tip and join the other tip by rolling, which is shown in the picture.

  • Repeat the same for doing all the ball sized dough by repeating the same process, spread the oil or ghee is must to get the layers.

  • Heat a flat pan and now place the rolled paratha dough over the pan and brings them to boil by sprinkling some oil or ghee.

  • When the paratha gets boiled on one side and turn them to another side and brings it to boil for some more seconds.
