Ingredients of Palak dosa
STEP : 1
The key ingredients for this dosa recipe are sajalu, palakura, urad dal, ghee, ginger and chilli paste.

to prepare the mixture first we have to take one cup of sajalu and half a cup of urad dal and grind it as a course powder as shown.

now we have to take the ginger , green chilli and grind to the paste.

next we have to cook the palak till it become soft and we have to grind it as a paste

next take a mixing bowl and add the sajalu and urad dal mixture, and ginger and chilli paste

next two table spoon of rice flour so that it give a crispyness to the dosa

next we have to add the grinded palak paste and some salt and mix well
STEP : 8
now using the water we have to mix the mixture like as the dosa batter.

now heat the pan apply some ghee and pore the mixture and turn as the dosa

we have to cook the dosa both sides applying ghee till it become nice colour

now the dosa is ready to serve.it goes excellent with coconut chutney
