this is a different dosa recipe this is easy to prepare and healthy recipe too .as we are making this with palak and sajjapindi both are rich in nutrients so this is a perfect healthy breakfast for the entire family.

Ingredients of Palak dosa

1.00 cup sajalu
0.50 cup urad dal
0.50 cup palak
2.00 tbsp ghee
2.00 tbsp ginger chilli paste
0.50 tbsp salt
2.00 tbsp rice flour

to prepare the mixture first we have to take one cup of sajalu and half a cup of urad dal and grind it as a course powder as shown.
