STEP : 1
Take the carrot , beans and cut them into big pieces. Chop the bell peppers and slice the garlic cloves. Peel the onion and chop them big.

Wash and clean the chicken cubes and marinate them well with black pepper powder, salt vinegar and the garlic powder.

Heat oil in a kadai and then fry the chicken very well on all sides so that they become tender.

Now set aside the vegetables in a boil after boiling (par boiled) and also chop the apinach leaves so that they are ready to cook the gravy.

Now add the diced onion to the kadai and fry it very well till the onion becomes tender and becomes pinkish in color.

Now add the bell peppers to the kadai and fry them well with the chicken as shown in the figure.

- Add all the par boiled vegetables to the kadai as shown in the figure and cook it with the chicken.

Add the spinach leaves which were cut and washed and then try to mix them with the rest of the contents in the kadai.

Continue to cook in simmer till all the chicken and vegetables are boiled and the gravy is thickened by adding cornflour and it is ready to be served with spring onion garnishing.
