This is a shredded chicken dish which is cooked in a white gravy i.e. only vinegar is added and the gravy is thickened with cornflour. It is made using vegetables and chicken together and is a very nutritious recipe served with pan fried hakka noodles

Palak chicken soup

Take the carrot , beans and cut them into big pieces. Chop the bell peppers and slice the garlic cloves. Peel the onion and chop them big.
