  • 1.00 nos Carrot
  • 1.00 cup Palakura
  • 1.00 cup Rice
  • 1.00 nos Onions
  • 2.00 tbsp Green Chilies
  • 1.00 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4.00 tbsp Oil
  • 3.00 tbsp Ghee
  • 3.00 nos Cloves
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt
  • 2.00 tbsp Kaju
  • 2.00 nos Biryani Aku
  • 1.00 tbsp Coriander
  • 2.00 cup Water
  • 1.00 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Mint Leaves

Instructions
 

Palak Biryani

  • First of all take the bowl and add the water and take the palakura and wash that well in the water.

  • Now take the onions and remove the outer layer as shwon in the image and add them in the water and keep aside.

  • Now take the knife and cut them into small pieces as shown in the image and keep aside them.

  • Now take the one cup of rice as shown in the image and add the water in the rice and soak for 15 minutes.

  • Now take the pan and a keep a pan on the stove and add the ghee in the pan as shown.

  • Now take the cloves and add the four cloves in the pan and mix once and fry them well for 5 minutes.

  • Now take the biryani aku and other biryani masala and add them in the ghee and fry them slowly in the ghee.

  • Now take the spoon and mix them all well once and then add the elachi powder in the ghee and fry.
