Palak Bhajiya – Simple And Healthy Palak Bhajiya Recipe
Palak bhajiya is one of the tasty evening time snacks recipe. Especially for winter season spicy looks like crispy. It is very easy to make at home. Everyone love eat this recipe.
Ingredients
Palak Bhajiya
- 1.00 cup Palakura
- 1.00 cup Basin Flour
- 0.25 cup Rice Flour
- 2.00 tbsp Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Green Chilies
- 1.00 tbsp Coriander
- 1.00 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1.00 cup Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya Powder
- 1.00 tbsp Jeera Powder
Instructions
Palak Bhajiya
- First of all take the fresh palakura and check weather it is good or not and keep that aside as shown.
- Now take the onions and corriander and curry leaves and cut them as small pieces as shown in the image.
- Now take the palakura and cut in to small pieces and add that in the bowl as shown in the image.
- Now take the basin flour and add the one cup of the basin flour in the spinach leaves and mix well.
- Now take the rice flour and add 4 tbsp of the rice flour in the basin flour as shown.
- Now take the dhaniya powder and add one tbsp of the dhaniya powder in the bowl as shown in the image.
- Now take the salt and add the salt for the taste in the bowl as shown in the image.
- Now take the turmeric powder and add one tbsp of turmeric powder and mix well as shown in the image.
- Now take the ginger garlic paste and add one tbsp of the finger garlic paste as shown in the image.
- Now take the red chilly powder and add one tbsp of red chilly powder in the bowl as shown.
- Now take the onions and cut them as pieces and add them in the bowl as shown in the image.
- Now take the corriander and add the chopped corrinader in that and mix well once as shown in the image.
- Now take the spoon and mix all contents well once as shown in the image and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Now take the water we can add the hot water for good taste or else normal water ,in the flour and mix.
- Now take the spoon and mix well with out lumbs in the middle as shown in the image and keep aside.
- Now take the pan and switch on the stove and keep the pan and preheat the pan for 5 minutes.
- Now take the oil and add the oil for deep fry in the pan and preheat the oil for 5 minutes.
- Now take the batter and prepare the pakoda as shown in the image and keep the slow flame for 5 minutes.
- Now fry them well for on both sides 10 minutes until they became like golden color as shown in the image.
- Now take the prepared pakoda from the oil as shown in the image with the oil filter and keep them aside.
- Now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and crispy palak pokara in the bowl thats it tasty pakora is ready.
