The spinach bhaijiya is made with the simple 8 home ingredients and it is very easy to make

Take a bowl add 2 cups of gram flour ( Besan) in the bowl for further process of bhajiya

Now add ginger garlic paste in the gram flour which we have taken it in the bowl

Next add salt as per the taste I have used half table spoon add in the gram flour

Next add half tea table spoon of turmeric powder in the gram flour for the further process

Next add red chilli powder half table spoon in the gram flour for further process

Next add 2 pinch of cooking soda to the gram flour for further process .

After adding all the ingredients now mix it well the gram flour for further process

After mixing it now add a half glass of water and mix it well for further process

Mix it like a thick paste to dip the spinach leaves in the gram flour paste

After mixing it well keep the gram flour paste for the rest for 10 - 15 minutes

Next keep the frying pan on the stove and keep the oil in it and heat the oil

Wash the spinach leaves take one leave dip it in the gram flour paste and continue it until it gets finished

After dipping keep it in the frying pan and deep fry it spinach leaves which have dipped in the gram flour paste.

Now take it out from frying pan and it is ready to serve hot and crispy and you can enjoy it with the tomato ketchup.
