Palada pradhaman is famous kerala style delicious desser that is payasam recipe that specially made at grand festivals at onam.In all over india these pradhamam is unique dessert and everyone like and too lip smacking dessert .It is simple to prepare at home.

Ingredients of Palada payasam

2.00 cup Rice flour
1.00 cup Jaggery
0.50 liter milk
2.00 no plantain leaf
0.50 cup cashewnuts
0.25 tbsp Cardamom powder
1.25 tbsp raisins
0.25 tbsp dry ginger powder
1.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 cup Sugar
1.00 no Coconut pieces
0.50 no dry coconut
0.25 tbsp Salt

Palada payasam

The key ingredients to prepare palada pradhaman,we need rice flour,jaggery,milk,sugar,cardamom powder,dry ginger powder,ghee,cashewnuts,raisins,dry coconut ,fresh coconut and salt.

In a seperate pan ,add two cups of water and bring it to boil for few seconds.

This looks like traditional South Indian especially Kerala style Sweets at home it is a bit difficult procedure to make such type of Dish at home but it is worth trying if it is being made properly it comes out very good since my aunt who stays in Kerala she makes it very nicely and it's definitely little longer time taking but it is worth trying the recipe given here is very nicely explained step by step and anybody can try it easily by following the proper steps but it should be done in this way only to get a worth and good dish ho taste.
