This is a famous recipe of made out of rice flour. Another important ingredient used is jaggery, which acts as the gravy for the steamed rice balls. Gravy is prepared by coconut, jaggery and water. It is garnished with coconut.

0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp Chilly powder
0.50 tbsp saunf
0.25 tbsp Jeera

After adding rice flour, stir it continuosly, till it forms to a smooth dough. It must solidify hard, to form to balls.

Now take another pan and pour water into it. Add jaggery to the water and allow to cook, till the sweetness is absorbed.
