STEP : 1
All the ingredients are taken as mentioned above. Coconut is grated to thin strands. Tamarind is soaked in advance in water.

Firstly take a pan and pour water, add salt( pinch) and ghee( 2 spoons), till it boils completely. Also add rice flour.
STEP : 3
After adding rice flour, stir it continuosly, till it forms to a smooth dough. It must solidify hard, to form to balls.

Now take another pan and pour water into it. Add jaggery to the water and allow to cook, till the sweetness is absorbed.

Also add coconut grated, ilachi and milk, till it forms to gravy. The ingredients must be absorbed thoroughly by the jaggery syrup.

Jaggery syrup must be thickened or loosened by adding more milk into it. The purpose is good absorption of the sweet.

Now make balls of the cooked rice flour( taken into a plate), as shown. Oil may be applied in making balls.

Now add balls of the flour into the loosened jaggery syrup, till the syrup is absorbed well by all the balls.
STEP : 9
Now transfer the heated saunf, jeera, salt and chilly powder into a grinding jar and make a powder out of it.
STEP : 10
Add this powder to a thickened form of tamarind juice. This can be applied on the rice balls. t serves six to seven.
