Ingredients
  

Pala Munjalu

  • 1.00 cup rice flour
  • 2.00 cup milk
  • 1.00 cup chopped coconut
  • 0.50 cup jaggery
  • 1.00 cup oil
  • 1.00 tbsp salt

Instructions

  • first of all switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the boiled milk and again boil them for 10 minutes and then add the little salt for taste

  • now boil the milk until they comes to closer and then add the 1 cup of rice flour and mix well

  • now add little ghee in the mixture and again mix well with the hand and prepare like a dough and keep aside

  • now take another pan and add the chopped coconut and jaggery and cook for 10 minutes so that the content for stuffing is ready

  • now take the prepared dough and take small portion of that and apply the water to the hand and prepare like a small poori like shape and keep the coconut mixture in the middle

  • now again take the other small portion of dough and prepare like a another poori like shape with hand by pressing ,and keep that over the stuffed content

  • now close all sides of that carefully with out any gaps and prepare like a munju shape at the top and keep aside until all are prepared

  • now take a pan and add the oil for deep fry and preheat the oil and then fry the prepared palamunjulu in the oil
