Urundai Preparation

STEP : 1
first of all take the bowl and prepare the batter for the pakodi ,now add the besinflour and then add the salt for tasty and mix well then after add red chilly powder and mix well

STEP : 2
now add the water required for the preparation of the batter and mix well with out any lumbs in the middle

STEP : 3
now keep a pan with oil for the deep fry and preheat the oil well and then with the prepared batter make pakodies and fry in oil until they cook
Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
now take them in to a plate and cut down the onion pieces and tomato pieces and keep them in a plate

STEP : 2
now keep a pan and add the 3 tbsp of oil and fry the onions first ,after frying the onions well add the tomato pieces

STEP : 3
now fry them well in the oil then add the salt for the taste and turmeric powder then mix well and then add the red chilly powder

STEP : 4
now after adding the red chilly powder fry for 3 minutes and then add the water and cook the onions

STEP : 5
now after 5 minutes the raw smell will gone out so that now add the fried pakodies in the curry and mix well

STEP : 6
now cook for 2 minutes so that the pakodi becomes soft don't mix thoroughly with the spoon now add the tamarind juice

STEP : 7
now cook the gravy until it comes closer so that a good aroma will come out side then switch off the stove and serve the gravy that's it tasty pakodipulusu ready
