  • 2.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt
  • 1.00 cup Oil
  • 0.25 cup Water

Masala preparation

  • 1.00 cup Onion
  • 1.00 nos Tomato
  • 1.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 0.50 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 6.00 tbsp Oil
  • 0.50 cup Tamarind juice

Instructions
 

Urundai Preparation

  • first of all take the bowl and prepare the batter for the pakodi ,now add the besinflour and then add the salt for tasty and mix well then after add red chilly powder and mix well
  • now add the water required for the preparation of the batter and mix well with out any lumbs in the middle
  • now keep a pan with oil for the deep fry and preheat the oil well and then with the prepared batter make pakodies and fry in oil until they cook

Masala Preparation

  • now take them in to a plate and cut down the onion pieces and tomato pieces and keep them in a plate

  • now keep a pan and add the 3 tbsp of oil and fry the onions first ,after frying the onions well add the tomato pieces

  • now fry them well in the oil then add the salt for the taste and turmeric powder then mix well and then add the red chilly powder

  • now after adding the red chilly powder fry for 3 minutes and then add the water and cook the onions
