STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients ready and powder the jagrey and take the milk of coconut from the coconut and take the cow's milk

STEP : 2
Take rice flour in a bowl and add little salt to the flour and if you need little sugar to that flour

STEP : 3
Add hot water to the flour little by little and keep stir it well and continuously with a spoon and make as a chapathi dough

STEP : 4
Now take the dough in your hand and make them as a small balls as shown in the picture and keep them aside

Now boil the milk nicely and once it boiled nicely add the powdered jagry to the milk and boil them nicely and take a small ball dough and mix with coconut milk and add it to the boiling milk

STEP : 6
Add the balls of dough slowly to the boiling milk and cook it for about fifteen minutes and keep thethe stove on low flame

STEP : 7
Once the kozhukattai is cooked nicely it will start float nicely then it will show that the kozhukattai is cooked nicely and change it to a serving bowl and serve hot or chilled.
