Take the chicken cubes and cut them into uniform size and then add salt, black pepper powder, vinegar and then a spoon of soya sauce.

To the chicken mixture above add the egg and then the cornflour on top of it so that the battered chicken can be made ready to fry.

Mix all the contents and keep it in a refrigerator for 15 minutes for marination so that the chicken becomes tender.

Heat oil in a kadai and then fry the chicken cubes very well as shown in the figure so that they turn brownish in color.

Set aside the fried chicken cubes in a bowl after draining off the excess oil so that the same can be used for cooking the gravy.

Finally add the red bell peppers in the end because they are the softest and fry them well till all are tender and mix well.

Now add the fried chicken cubes to the kadaia nd mix it well with the rest of the contents and stir.

Now take the fish powder in a bowl, add some hot water to it so that a thick sauce is formed out of it.

Add the fish sauce to the kadai and cook it well with the chicken and vegetables. Mix thoroughly all the contents.

Now add some green chili sauce and mix it well and then it is ready to be served once the gravy is dried. It is served by garnishing with spring onion.
