Ingredients of Orange rice
STEP : 1
Take the rice of one cup clean it and pour water to it in order to soak well before the preparation process.

Take the rice cooker and add those soaked rice in to it without adding of water just only the rice is added.

Now pour water of 2 glasses to it in order for boiling purpose and close the lid of the rice cooker.

After it is boiled take the bowl of rice cooker out and kept it aside in order to make it cool.

Take these boiled rice in to one pan and add salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt applies to it.

Take a pan add oil of 2 table spoons to it and heat the oil for some time in a low flame.

After it is heated add peanuts of 1/4 cup to it and made the m fry in the oil until the color changes.

Add turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to the boiled rice and mix well this powder in order to applies all the boiled rice.

Take one pan add oil of 4 to 5 table spoons and made the oil to heat in a low flame for some time.

Add cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil.

Add the green chili flakes and red chili flakes to the oil and made them fry for some time in the oil.

Take the orange cut in to half and squeeze the juice in to the rice and mix well until it applies to all the rice.

Now add those fried peanuts of 1/4 cup to the boiled rice mix well with the boiled rice also add the oil to it.

After that add those fried chilies to the boiled rice and mix well and take in to the serving bowl to serve.
