- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1/4 cup Tomato
- 1 no Green chili
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tbsp Salt

- Chop the onion into thin slices, take the tomato remove the seeds and chop it into small pieces. Chop the green chili into small pieces.
- Take the fresh curd and then Whisk it into smooth mixture. Avoid sour curd it spoil the taste of the recipe.
- In a wide mixing bowl, put the finely sliced onion and split it into single single slicks by smashing with hand.
- Take the green chili, chop green chili into thin slices and remove the seeds then add it into the onion in a bowl.
- Take finely chopped tomato, add sliced tomato with the juice to the onion, green chili mixture. Mash and mix the mixture well.
- Take fresh coriander, chop into very fine the pieces. In this step if you like mind flavor means add finely chopped mint leaves.
- Take fresh and already whisked curd and add thick curd to the onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves mixture. Mix it well.
- Mix all and smash all the ingredients well then add required amount of salt to this. Marinate curd with onion tomato mixture.
- Add pinch of roasted cumin powder, mix well and Keep mixture aside for 5 – 10 minutes. this time all the ingredients relies it flavor.
- If you feel so thick means add tsp of water or curd way water. Taste the raita at this time and adjust the salt content in this time.
