- 1.00 cup Wheat flour
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 0.25 tbsp jeera powder
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Dhaniya powder
- 1.00 nos Green chili
- 2.00 tbsp oil
- 0.25 cup water
Instructions
Onion Paratha
- First of all take the plate and take the one cup of the wheat flour and then add the red chilly powder
- now take the salt for taste and add in the wheat flour and then add the dhaniya powder and mix them well
- now take the onions and cut them in to very small pieces
- now take the onions and add them in the flour and then add water and mix all of them well like thick dough
- now take the roti maker and prepare the roti by applying the flour and keep aside
- now take the pan and preheat the pan and fry the roti by applying the oil on two sides until they fry well
