STEP : 1
First of all take the bowl and add the chopped one cup of onions in the bowl and then add the green chilies.

Now take the ginger garlic paste and add the one tbsp of ginger garlic paste in the onions and mix well.

Now take the basin flour and add the one cup of the basin flour in the onions and then mix once and keep aside.

Now take the red chilly powder and add the one tbsp of red chilly powder in the basin flour and then mix well.

Now take the salt and add the salt for the taste in the basin flour and then mix all of them well.

Now take the dhaniya powder and add the one or two tbsp of dhaniya powder in the basin flour and mix well.

Now take the water and add them in the all ingrediants and mix all of them well with out any lumbs.

Now mix all well and then take the rice flour and add the one or two tbsp of the rice flour in that and mix well.

Now take the pan and switch on the stove and pour the oil for deep fry and preheat the oil.

Now take the prepared batter and add them in the oil and fry them in the low flame.

Now take the spoon and fry them on two sides well until they turn to light golden color.

Now take them form the oil and add them in the paper napkin plate and keep them aside until oil absorbs.
