Ingredients of Onion omelette
STEP : 1
These are the simple ingredients required to make the Pyaaz ka anda. These ingredients are easily available in markets.

First Chopp or dice onions in small pieces. And also wash the coriander leaves Kothmir and cut it in pieces. In same way the green chillies.

Take a bowl and in it first take the diced onions. Onions should be chopped finely in small.

After adding the onions now add the washed and chopped green chillies in the bowl.

Now take the washed and cutted fresh coriander leaves Kothmir in the bowl and add it to them.

Now add the fresh ginger and garlic paste in the mixture of the bowl. I have used the home made paste for good taste.

Now after adding Ginger garlic paste now add the red chilli powder in the bowl. While adding red chilli powder make sure of the quantity as you have also added green chillies.

Now add the turmeric powder in the bowl. I have added 1 tea spoon in it.

Add salt in the mixture. Salt can be added according to the taste required increase or decrease.

Now mix the mixture well in such a manner such that all the ingredients mixes together well with each other.

After mixing now add the eggs anda in the bowl. Break the eggs anda .

After adding anda again mix it well. Here mixing plays an important role. So mix it well.

Now take a tawa and in it first pour oil and heat it. Oil can be taken depending on how the tawa is either non sticky or not. Depends on which oil can increase or decrease.

Slowly pour the mixture on hot tawa. Make sure that the anda starts splutter .

As it is cooked now start folding it with spatula or knife. Make sure that the raw smell disappear.

After folding it with the help of spatula or knife now cut it in pieces. This should be done on tawa. Now at this point switch your flame from medium to low so that it cooks well.

After the anda changes it colour in golden brown now remove them from the tawa.

Now garnish it with the fresh washed and chopped coriander leaves Kothmir in the top.

Finally Pyaaz ka anda is ready to eat enjoy this tasty recipe hot . You can serve it with rice or chapatis.
