Ingredients of Onion happala
STEP : 1
firstly we have to take one cup of Rice , and we have to clean this neatly ,and separate the dust all that.

We have to wash the rice twice, Then we have to take a one bowl, add 1/2 cup of rice and put the water 1 full glass. And keep this for a 15 minutes like this.
STEP : 3
After 20 Minutes , separate the water from the Rice , Take a one cotton cloth in this spread the rice, It have to dry for 10 minutes.

After dry the rice, we have to take a one jar in this we have to put the rice in the jar, And grind fully as a powder ,without adding the water.

Now we have to take One - Onion, And chopped into small slices, And take 2 Green Chilly and chopped in a small sizes as in the below image.

After chopping the Onion and Green Chilly, Add this to the jar , and grind this fully as paste, Main thing don't add water in the time of grinding.

After grinding the ingredients together, the paste is looking as in the below image as i shown. So it have to in the this proportion.

After grinding we have to make small balls as i shown in the below image ,for doing the happala.

Now take an oil paper , in this apply the oil below the paper and kept the small ball in the middle and press this in to the round size.
STEP : 10
After pressing the Onion hapala is looking as in the below image, We have to dry this for 2 to 3 days , Then we can use this, for more than a month, We can deep fry this in a Oil or else Cook this in a fire also a good taste.
