Ghee rice is the one of the best indian recipes.most of the veg restarant ghee rice is available.It is also good for both children and age old people.Also most of the peoples favorate recipe is ghee rice only.

Ingredients of Onion fried rice

1.00 cup Normal rice
1.00 cup Medium onion
1.00 no Cinnamon stick
1.00 no Cloves or lavang
1.00 no Bay leaf
5.00 no Cashew nuts
1.00 tbsp Salt
3.00 tbsp Ghee
1.00 tbsp Crushed ginger
3.00 no Cardamom
0.25 cup Green chili
1.00 tbsp Fennel seeds

Onion fried rice

The key ingredient to prepare ghee rice with roasted onions,we need soaked rice,onion,cinnamon stick,cloves,bay leaf,cashew nuts,salt,ghee,crushed ginger,cardamom,green chill,fennel seeds,water for adding.
