Okra spiced garlic fry is an excellent winter time recipe. We get okra in every season but we love to have fried items during winter due to cool weather. It goes well with steamed rice or with rasam as munching and also with sambar.

Ingredients of Okra fry

0.50 kg Okra
5.00 no Green chillies
2.00 no Red chillies
6.00 no Curry leaves
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Turneric powder
10.00 no Garlic cloves
0.50 tbsp Cumin seeds
4.00 tbsp Oil

The first most step is to wash and cut the okra in to small pieces and dry them in sun for an hour
