Ingredients of Okra dosa
STEP : 1
Take the rice of 1 cup and soak in water for 3 hours before the night only for the preparation process.

Also take the black gram of 1/2 cup and soak in water for 5 hours before the night only for the preparation.

After that combine both of them after they are soaked and remove the water from it and clean them well with fresh water.

Take a jar and add these rice and black gram which are soaked in the water in to the jar without the water.

Blend it for one time and add pure water to it of 1/2 glass to it and close it with a lid.

Made it to a fine paste in the jar by blending it finely in to paste without any seeds left in it.

Transfer this to one bowl and kept calm for overnight for the next day preparation process easily with this paste only.

Add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well with the paste finely in the bowl for some time.

After that add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt dissolves in it in the paste.

Take the okras of some quantity and clean them well in the water taken in a bowl to remove the dirt.

Cut them to the small pieces with a knife in the plate finely and safely with the knife only for the process.

Take the green chilies and cut them to fine slices which is used for the further preparation process easily with this.

Take a jar add the 1/2 cup of okra pieces and green chili flakes of 1/2 table spoon to it and close it with a lid.

Made it to a fine paste without adding water to it and grind well without any okra pieces left in it.

Transfer this paste to the one bowl which is used for the preparation of the dosa with this prepared paste only.

Now add the prepared dosa batten in to the bowl containing the okra and green chili paste and mix well in the bowl.

Take the coriander leafs clean it well and made to small pieces with a knife and add to the bowl and mix well.

Take a pan add oil to it and made the pan heat in a medium flame for some time until it gets heated.

Apply the paste on the pan and add oil on the top side also for proper cooking of the dosa in a low flame.

When one side is cooked turn to other side and cook well and take in to the serving bowl to serve.
