This is one type of dosa that can be prepared with the okras and with general dosa batten we are adding the okras to made this okra dosa in a tasty way and this take much time to prepare as the batten must ferment for overnight to make the dosa more tasty.

Ingredients of Okra dosa

1.00 cup Okras
0.50 tbsp green chilies
0.50 tbsp coriander leafs
0.50 tbsp salt
0.50 tbsp cumin
0.50 cup black gram
1.00 cup rice
2.00 cup water
0.50 cup oil

Okra dosa

Take the rice of 1 cup and soak in water for 3 hours before the night only for the preparation process.
