very tasty and yummy recipe with the oats and green leaves that can be prepared in the house very easily in few steps and also oats are very good for the health you can eat this in the breakfast time as well as in the snacks time

Ingredients of Oats vada

1.00 cup basin flour
2.00 cup oats
1.00 cup wheat flour
1.00 cup menthi
1.00 no coriander
1.00 no curry leaves
1.00 cup oil for deep fry
1.00 tbsp onions
1.00 tbsp green chilies
1.00 tbsp salt for taste
1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
1.00 tbsp garam masala
