Oats Uttapam – Most Popular Soft And Tasty Oats Uttapam Recipe
Oats uttapam is famous dish for south india recipe and it is easy and quick recipe to make for breakfast. All age people loved this recipe and also mostly sugar patients can prefer this recipe.
Ingredients
Oats Uttapam
- 1.00 cup Oats
- 1.00 cup Rice Flour
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 2.00 tbsp Onions
- 1.00 nos Carrot
- 1.00 tbsp Green Chilly Pieces
- 0.5 tbsp buttermilk or curd Salt
Instructions
Oats Uttapam
- First of all take the bowl and take the one cup of the oats and add them in the bowl.
- Now take the rice flour and add the one cup of rice flour in the bowl as shown in the image.
- Now take the water and add them in the oats as shown in the image mix well and keep aside.
- Now take the spoon and mix them once with the spoon until it becomes soft as dosa batter and keep aside.
- Now take the plate and cut the onions into small pieces and then carrots and then cut the green chillies.
- Now take the salt and add sufficient salt for the taste in the batter and mix well and keep aside.
- Now take the curd or buttermilk and add one or 2 tbsp of the curd in the batter and mix well.
- Now switch on the stove and keep a pan and preheat the pan as shown in the image for 5 minutes.
- Now take the batter and then prepare like a uthappam with the spoon as shown in the image and keep a low flame.
- Now take the onion and add them on the uthappam as shown in the image and press them once.
- Now take the carrot and choppp finely and spread them on the uthappam andtake the spoon and press well and fry.
- Now take the green chillies and cut them into small pieces and spread them well over the uthappm.
- Now take the spoon full of oil and add the oil over the uthappam and fry them slowly.
- Now fry the uthappam in oil in slow flame on the one side until it cooks on one side
- Now turn to another side of the uthappam as shown in the image and cook well until the onions fry.
- Now finally the raw smell will go out and onions fried well ,then turn it to the other side and add a little oil and switch off the stove.
- Now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious oats uthappam in the plate thats it tasty spicy oats uthappam is ready.
