As we are all know how to make Ladu by Rava , but we can also make ladu by adding Oats also , when we are adding the Oats it have full of fiber contents which is good for health also .

Ingredients of Oats Rava Ladoo

1.00 cup Rava
0.00 cup Oats
0.00 cup Sugar
1.00 no Cardamom
2.00 no Karjura
3.00 tbsp Ghee
0.00 cup Milk

Oats Rava Ladoo

Hire we are using the Dry coconut ,also .  So firstly we have to broke this .

STEP : 1

We have to make the slices of the dry coconut as in below image , and put it in a blender .

After grinding the dry coconut it looks as in the below image . .

Now take a 2 karjura , and remove the seeds from the karjura .

Now take a one pan , make it heat in a low flame , then add 1 cup of Oats .

Now fry the Oats in a low medium flame for 5 minutes , as in below image .

After frying as a oats in shallow brown type of , now place this in a blender .

grind the Oats in a powder form , don't add any water , it should be dry type .

After Grind the Fried Oats , take a one plate , and keep mixer on the plate .

Now take a one pan to this add 2 table spun of ghee ,  And make it heat in a low medium flame .

After the Ghee is dissolved , now add 1 cup of Rava to the pan .

Now poor the fried Rava to the plate in which we already poor the Oats .

Now add the chopped Karjura to the plate which we prepared in the above .

Now add 1 cardamom to the plate , add the cardamom after powdering that .

Now add icing sugar to this , because powder sugar is helps for binding purpose .

Now add 1 table spun of Ghee to the plate , or you can increase if it necessary for binding .

After adding all the ingredients now mix it well slowly because the Rava is little bit hot .

Lastly add 1/2 cup of milk to the mixer , because it gives the good taste and also smoothness .

This dish seems very super..I have ate different types of ladoos but this dish seems very different and healthier one surely everyone should try this recipe because oats consists of lot of benefits like it has rich antioxidants,it has incredible nutrients etc..and thanks for sharing this healthy recipe with us

I eat Rava laddus but not try this laddu, it is very easy to make the dish, everyone will like this dish, looks so tasty, it is very different laddu for me, I will try this.
