Ingredients of Oats poha
STEP : 1
Let's see all the ingredients almonds, roasted chana dal, raisins, peanuts,curry leaves, green chili, oats and keep them separately in a plate or bowl.

Now take a kadahi and warm it on the medium flame, you can choose non stick Pan also.
STEP : 3
heat oil in a kadai for deep frying. once the oil becomes hot, then reduce the flame.

take a fine sieve ladle which is less in size then the vessel. so you are able to fry oats evenly in the sieve ladle.

take one cup of oats in the sieve. immerse the fine sieve ladle in the hot oil.

Wait for few second and you will see the oil bubbles as the oats begin to get fried.

fry the oats till they become crisp and golden. just ensure that they donât brown too much.

remove and drain the oats on a plate lined with paper towel. fry the rest of oats the same way and drain on the paper towel. keep aside.

heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan or kadai. add 1 tablespoon peanuts. fry peanuts till the peanuts become crunchy and their color changes

in the same way, put in the kadahi almonds, fry 7 to 8 almonds till they become crunchy.

fry the raisins till they swell and become plump. remove them and then keep the fried raisins on the same plate.

now fry the roasted chana dal for some seconds, till they become crisp. remove them and place them on the same plate.

All ingredients remove and drain them on the same plate lined with paper towel. And wait for few minutes..

In the same kadahi, When the kadahi is heated, add 2 table spoons oil to it, then will wait for few second

After heating the oil, we will add half a teaspoon fennel and wait for few second

Now we will put the 1 table spoon green chili and cook again 1 minute.

Now we will put the 8 to 9 table curry leaves and again cook continue few second.

w add œ teaspoon of sugar. stir and saute for some seconds, till the chilies and curry leaves become crisp. the sugar will also caramelize a bit.

add the fried dry fruits â peanuts, raisins, almonds and chana dal. stir and mix very well.

Now add spices After mixed all dry fruits now add turmeric powder and cook for few seconds.

In the kadahi Now we will put the 1 table spoons chaat masala and cook again 1 minute.

Now in this mixture add the fried oats. mix very well again and wait few second

Now in this oats chivda mixture Add 1/2 table spoons salt( as par your tests).

saute for 2 to 3 mins on a low flame. gently stir the mixture while sauteing

switch off the flame. remove the oats chiwa in a plate. let it cool at room temperature.
