Ingredients of Oats dal tikki

STEP : 1
Firstly we have take a one kada and add 1/2 cup of Moong and tovar dal ,and cook this in a midium flame for 15 minutess, Add 1/2 pinch of turmeric powder also for this .

Now take a 1 cup of Oats, In this seperate the halfcup of Oats and wash this in a water and keep a side , And keep the 1/2 cupof Oats as it is , As in the below image .

Now take a one jar , And in this add cooked , dal and griend this as a fully paste , as in the below image .

After griending the dal, Now griend the wheat and dry oats together , As in the below image .

Now take a one onion and green chilly and 2 to 3 pudina leaves , And chopped in a small sizes .

Now take a one plate in this add all the chopped onion and green chilly and pudina leaves, And griended dal ,and oats , Add 1 and 1/2 spun of salt , 1 Spun of garam masala, And mix fully.

Now take a one jar in this add 1/2 cup of Oats and griend this as a dryly ,for the binding of the tickies .

Now appy the Oats Chruches or powder in a plate , and binding the tickies as in the below image.

Now take a one frying pan , Make it heat in a midium flame , Add 2 to 3 spun of oil , And put the tickies in the pan and fry the both the side of the tickies as in the image .

Now the healthy and tasty home made Oats moong dall tickie is ready to serve now , It is a perfect evening snacks .
