0.50 cup Garlic cloves
1.00 tbsp Black pepper powder
2.00 tbsp red chilli flakes

The key ingredients to prepare oats cutlet ,we need oats,onions,carrot,beans,capsicum,red chilli flakes,ginger,garlic cloves,egg,black pepper ,coriander leaves,coriander powder,oil and salt.
