Ingredients of Oats cutlet
STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare oats cutlet ,we need oats,onions,carrot,beans,capsicum,red chilli flakes,ginger,garlic cloves,egg,black pepper ,coriander leaves,coriander powder,oil and salt.

Take two cups of oats ,sprinkle little bit of water to become soft and cover it.

For tampering ,turn on the flame add 4 to 5 tablespoon of cooking oil in hot pan.

Add half cup of finely chopped garlic cloves and saute in a low flame,let it fry.

Add crunched ginger pieces in hot oil and let it fry for few seconds in a low flame.

Add a cup of finely chopped onions and saute it till it turns golden brown .

Add a cup of small pieces of beans and saute it,let it cook for few minutes.

When it is half cooked,add a cup of grated carrot and mix it thoroughly for few minutes.

Add a cup of green capsicum or bell peppers and mix it,let it cook for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of salt or as per taste and mix it ,so that it will cook nicely.

Add half cup of finely chopped fresh coriander leaves or cilantro into the mixture and mix it.

Add a tablespoon of crunched black pepper into the mixture ,let it cook for few seconds

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder or dhania powder into the mixture and mix it.

Add two tablespoon of red chilli flakes into the mixture ,you can add dried oregano.

Now add the soaked oats into the mixture and mix it ,let it cook for few seconds.

Add a tablespoon of sooji or rava ,in these stage you can even add bread crumbs.

Take a seperate bowl,break the eggs ,if you are vegeterian add the mashed and boiled potatoes.

Beat the egg completely for few seconds till the egg yolks dissloves using fork spoon.

Add the beaten egg into the oats mixture and mix it completely in a low flame.

When everything is complete ,turn off the flame and seperate the mixture in a bowl.

Grease a palm with little bit of oil and take some amount of mixture and shape it.

Do the remaining flat roll mixture in a same way and keep it aside in a plate.

Heat a pan or griddle ,add some amount of oil for shallow frying and let it heat.

Place the raw cutlet one by one in hot oil and let it cook for few minutes.

Flip it other side and let it cook for few seconds and transfer it ,our healthy oats cutlets is ready to serve with ketchup or tomato sauce.
