Ingredients of Nuvvula podi
STEP : 1
First of all take the pan and dry fry the the sesame seeds (nuvvulu) in the pan untill a good aroma comes.

now take the ground nuts and fry them in the pan and take them in to a plate and keep aside.
STEP : 3
now take the plate and add the nuvvulu and ground nuts in the plate and cool down them and keep aside.

now take the red chilies and cut them in to pieces and fry them in the pan with out oil once.

now take the one tbsp of gera and fry that in the pan until they fry well and good smell comes.

now after that take the 2 tbsp of dhaniya and fry them in the pan until they fry well like it gives good smell then add curry leaves.

now take the all items in the plate and then add all fried items and mix once and keep aside for 5 minutes.

now take the mixture jar and add the all ingredients in the mixy jar and then add the little salt for taste.

now take the tamarind and take out the inner seeds and clean well then add one tbsp in the mixy jar.

now take the mixy and grind well slowly like a fine powder and then take garlic and add them and again mix well.

now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and yummy nuvvula podi in the bowl and serve with hot rice.
