Ingredients of Noodles Soup
STEP : 1
First take 2 Onion, 1 Capsicum, 2 Tomato, 3 4 Green Mirchi, 1 small Cabbage. Wash all vegetables properly with water and aggregate them in a plate.

Now cut onion into thin vertical slices and cut cabbage, capsicum & tomato into medium sized pieces. Cut green mirchi in thin rings. Aggregate all vegetables in one plate.

Now take steel container and wash it properly with water and put it on gas stove.

Now add 2 cup water into steel container and put on gas stove. Let it heat up to boiling.

After boiling of water add slices of onion and pieces of cabbage. Let it be heat.

Mix it properly and boil them for 2 3 minutes at medium flame. Stir the content at few seconds interval.

Now add thin rings of green mirchi into pan. Let it be boil and cook.

Mix the content properly with spoon and cook it for 40 seconds at low flame.

Add medium sized and chopped red tomato into container at low flame. Add pinch of salt.

Mix the whole the whole content properly and let boil and cook it for 1 minute at low flame.

Now add finely chopped green capsicum into a container and add 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice(optional).

Mix the whole content properly and let it boil and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.

Now take Noodles of medium thickness and make medium pieces of it and aggregate in a plate.

Add pieces of Noodles into container. Make the medium flame and let it be heat for 2 minutes.

Now mix the noodles with the content with slow stirring at low flame. Let it be boil for 2 minutes.

Now stir it once properly and close the container with lid and let it cook for 5 6 minutes at medium flame.

Meanwhile take 1 cup of light warm drinking water(250 ml) and 2 tbsp Corn Floor or Corn Starch.

Now add little quantity of corn flour into water with constant stirring. There should not be formation of lumps.

By adding corn starch or corn flour slowly in warm water with stirring make the fine slurry of corn floor.

After 5 minutes open the lid over the container and add the fine slurry of corn flour and mix it properly.

Add 1 tbsp of salt and Œ tbsp of lemon juice (optional) and mix it properly with spoon.

Add 1 tbsp of Black Pepper powder and mix it properly with spoon and stir it.

Add 2 tbsp of Noodle Soup Masala into the content and mix it properly with spoon and stir it.

Add Ÿ tbsp of Red Mirchi powder into content and mix it properly with spoon and stir it.

Add Ÿ tbsp of fresh Soya Sauce into the content and mix it properly with spoon and stir it.

Now mix the whole content and let it boil for 1 2 minutes at low flame so that taste of all masala can merge properly into preparation.

Now make the flame fast and let it boil properly and gently for 4 5 minutes with occasional stirring.

Check the taste preparation and add ingredients whatever require. Now The Veg. Noodle Soup is ready to serve. Serve the preparation into serving bowl.
