The Spicy Veg. Noodles Soup is most famous Indo-chinese base soup recipe. This soup is most healthiest soup among all soup recipe. This soup can be made by any at home. it is also available in chinese restaurant or chinese street corner. Some times this soup recipe is also used in menu of Wedding function or Reception.

Ingredients of Noodles Soup

1.00 cup Noodles
1.00 no Cabbage
2.00 no Onion
2.00 no Tomato
1.00 no Capsicum
5.00 no Green mirchi
3.00 no Beans
1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
2.00 tbsp Noodle Soup Masala
1.75 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Black Pepper
2.00 tbsp Corn Flour
0.75 tbsp Red Mirchi
3.00 cup Water

Noodles Soup

First take 2 Onion, 1 Capsicum, 2 Tomato, 3 – 4 Green Mirchi, 1 small Cabbage. Wash all vegetables properly with water and aggregate them in a plate.

Now cut onion into thin vertical slices and cut cabbage, capsicum & tomato into medium sized pieces. Cut green mirchi in thin rings. Aggregate all vegetables in one plate.
