Ingredients of Noodles cutlet
STEP : 1
1.The key ingredients to prepare veg noodles cutlet, we need potatoes ,bread crumbs , noodles , all purpose flour ,corn flour ,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, coriander leaves ,maggi masala powder , oil for frying and salt for a taste.

Turn on the flame, place a pressure cooker add medium size potatoes in a boiled water and close the lid and leave it for two to three whistles.

Place a vessel , add 2 cup of water and add maggi noodles into boiling water and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes.

After 2 to 3 minutes when the noodles becomes smooth, drain the water completely and keep it in a separate plate.

After 2 to 3 whistles when the pressure comes down drain the water and peel the potatoes skin completely and mash it lightly.

Add a cup of fresh coriander leaves into the mashed potatoes and mix it well.

Add a cup of boiled noodles into the mixture and mix it lightly, you can also add a grated cheese or paneer along with this mixture.

Add of tablespoon of turmeric powder into the mixture and mix it, you can also add a table spoon of mustard powder.

Add a tablespoon of red chilly powder or red chilly sauce or green chilli sauce.

Add salt as required along with that you can add crunchy black pepper powder for rich taste.

Add a tablespoon of maggi masala powder with the mixture along with you can add half cup of yogurt.

Now mix all these ingredients gently ,cover it and leave it under 10 to 15 minutes .

For preparing batter,take a seperate bowl add half cup of all purpose flour in a vessel.

Add one and half tablespoon of corn flour and salt a pinch and mix all these ingredients

Gradually add a water till it forms a pouring consistency batter ,it should not be too thin.

Grease your palm with oil for hands ,take a round size ball of the mixture and gently press it.

Now dip a roll gently in a batter and pour on top of the roll by using spoon .

Do the remaining roll in a same way and arrange it in a seperate plate for few seconds.

Take a single roll ,take a prepared bread crumbs and coat it on both sides.

Coat the remaining roll in a same way ,you can also use roasted sooji instead of bread crumbs.

Turn on the flame ,place a pan or tawa ,add quarter litre of oil and heat it for few minutes till it becomes frying consistency.

Add a coated roll gently in a heating oil ,when ssshhh sound subsides flip it gently.

Now the cutlet turns golden brown color ,take it out and drain the oil completely,our tasty veg noodles cutlets is ready to serve for a evening tea time .
