The perfect Indian snacks is akkie nupietu and also it is very tastiest also , and it can be make in simple steps , but the procedure is very important in the time of making the akkie nupietu . And it will be less oil consuming dish .

Ingredients of Nippattu recipe

1.25 cup Rice Flour
0.50 tbsp Red Chilly Flex
1.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 tbsp Cumin Seeds
2.00 cup Water
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder

Nippattu recipe

Firstly take one cup of rice flour which have to be powder very smoothly , For the good result of dish

STEP : 1

Then take a one bowel in this add 1 and 1/2 cup of rice flour and 2 spoon of cumin seeds , And 1 spun of salt

Now cook this in a medium flame for 15 minutes ,  In a medium flame ,  We have to stir this continuously

After cooking up to 15 minutes , now add the 1/4 spoon of red chili flex, And cook again for 10 minutes

Then switch off the stove ,  And take a one waste cotton cloth, in this spread the cooking rice mixer as in the below image

After spreading the cooked rice mixer , make it dry naturally in a sun rise , Dry this for more than a week , After that store in a bottle, We can fry this in a oil when we want . Now it is ready to serve
