  • 4.00 tbsp Sugar
  • 4.00 tbsp Sabja Seeds

  • First of all take the bowl and take the sabja seeds and check weather any stones are there in that and keep aside

  • Now take the small bowl and add the two tbsp of the sbja seeds in the bowl and add the water and soak them

  • Now after 4 to 5 hours the sabja seeds will become like this and remove the water from them and keep aside

  • Now take the one wide cup and add the water in the bowl as shownin the image and keep aside

  • Now take the lemon and cut that in to two parts and squash the juice from the lemon as shown in the image
