Ingredients of Ney pathiri
STEP : 1
At the first step clean the rice using water and then soak rice for two to three hours or overnight .

Pour little of soaked rice to mixer and grind it well add water little by little ,don't add more water to it ,
STEP : 3
Grind the full rice using the mixer or blender , grind some shallots and cumin seeds also along with the rice .

Grind some coconut also and mix with the rice mix , then transfer this grinded mix to a bowl or plate .

Then pour some rice flour to it and mix it well , when we get a stiff dough we can stop adding rice flour .

Add cumin seeds and salt as per need , we will get nice smell of cumin Seeds from the dough .

Take a small portion from the dough and make it ball shaped , repeat same with the remaining dough .

Then take a plastic paper or foil and spread some oil on it and place one ball on it and make it flatten using hands .

Then heat a pan or kadai and put oil to it ,when it is hot put the flatten dough to it
STEP : 10
We can see a puffed neypathal in the oil , repeat same with the remaining dough and fry all neypathal .

When our neypathal is ready ,transfer to the serving dish and take along with beef curry and enjoy the dish with your loved ones .
