This is a very famous and tasty fry of fish made using fish named netholi or velloori . its very crispy and yummy , we can eat its bones also .there won't be any waste for this fry . this fish is rich in protein also .

Ingredients of Nethili fry

0.50 kg netholi fish
0.50 tbsp chilly powder
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.25 tbsp coriander powder
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 cup oil

Nethili fry

At the first step take out the netholi fish from the fridge and keep this in a bowl with some water .

Drain off excess water and then put some red chilly powder , salt , turmeric powder , coriander powder to it .

this recipe is really good. this fish fry is really nice and crispy. this recipe of netholi or velloori fish is amazing and also very healthy as it is very rich in protein. we can also eat its bones thus there is not much of a wastage in the fish fry. overall it is a good dish and does not require much time also to prepare.
