4.00 no Nellikai big sized
3.00 tbsp Red chilli powder
1.00 tbsp Mustard seeds
1.00 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
1.00 tbsp Turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp jaggery
0.25 tbsp Asafoetida powder
1.50 cup Sesame Oil
1.00 tbsp Salt to taste
3.00 no red chilies

I don't know about this recipe but it looks very tasty, and I think it very healthy. ingredients used in it are not available easily. but I will try to make it at home.
