Ingredients of Navratan pulao

Now take a fresh and clean plate and add the vegetable for the recipe and peel them of and chop them to use in recipe.

and now take an another fresh and cleaned plate and add the onion and garlic and ginger and green chili and chop them.

and now take a vessel and add the two table spoons of oil and add some small piece of cinnamon and shajeer and bay leafs.

and now mix all the ingredients and in the vessel and add the chopped onions to the vessel and make them fry upto they turn into golden brown color.

and now add the all the chopped vegetables to the vessel and saute for some time with adding some water to the vessel.

and now stir fry for some time and add the one table spoon of garam masala and red chili powder and salt.

and now mix all the spices and ingredients in the vessel and add some water to the vessel and add the beaten curd to the vessel.

and now mix all the ingredients well in the vessel and take small bowl and add some milk and saffron and mix well.

and now mix all the ingredients and spices in the vessel and add the soaked basmati rice and add the saffron milk to the vessel.

and add the 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes with lid and check whether the rice was cooked or not and serve with fruit garnish.
