This beautiful recipe of potol or parwal in a spicy gravy of narkel or coconut and posto or poppy seeds. The aroma of spices will be loved by everyone. Serve it with steamed rice or polao, luchi and parota.

Ingredients of Narkel posto potol

5.00 no parwal
1.00 cup poppy seeds
0.50 cup fresh coconut
2.00 no whole red chili
4.00 tbsp mustard oil
0.50 tbsp cumin seeds
0.50 tbsp fennel seeds
0.25 tbsp salt
0.25 tbsp turmeric powder
0.50 tbsp ghee
0.25 tbsp garam masala
0.50 tbsp coriander leaves

Wash the potol or parwal, peel the skin and cut it into half. Take fresh coconut and chopped them into small size, take 2 – 3 whole red chili and 1 cup of poppy seeds soaked in warm water.Also heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the potol or parwal.
