- 2.00 cup Maida
- 1.00 tbsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1.00 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 cup Curd
- 2.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 tbsp Salt

Naan Recipe Without Yeast
- The key ingredients to prepare naan,we need all purpose flour ,baking powder,baking soda,sugar, curd ,oil and salt.
- Initially take one two cups of all purpose flour or maida in a seperate bowl.
- Add a little bit of sugar and pinch salt for taste and mix it ,for making soft we can add sugar.
- Add a pinch of baking soda along with the all purpose flour ,if you making without yeast.
- Add half tablespoon of baking powder along with the all purpose flour ,if you making without yeast.
- Add a cup of curd or yogurt along with the all purpose flour and mix it.
- To make a smooth dough ,add two to three tablespoon of oil or butter into maida.
- Gradually add little by little of warm water if required and knead a smooth dough by using hands.
- Apply or coat a little bit of oil on top of the dough and let it rest for 5 to 6 hours.
- After 5 to 6 hours open the lid box and the dough is doubled in size.
- To make naan, take a knead dough and divide it into four round size balls.
- Now roll the balls in a round size using gently on all sides by rolling stick.
- Place a griddle on high flame , add a roll by applying water on bottom when the griddle nicely hot.
- When the roll place in a griddle ,low the flame and let’s see the naan is puffed up.
- Invert the griddle and round the griddle like wise shown in below image to cook it.
- When it boil on two sides turn off the flame and transfer it on a plate.
