Ingredients of Mysore pak
STEP : 1
Take bengal gram and make it into fine powder then it becomes to gram flour take 1 cup of this flour.

Take one dish add this gram flour to the dish and made it fry for sometime until the color changes,after the color has changed take this out.

With in the same bowl add 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water to it and stirr well until the sugar dissolves and a lather is formed on the top.

after that add gram flour to it and stirr well until a fine paste is formed after sometime ghee is added to it in proper proportions.

Then add a pinch of baking soda to it in order to increase the taste of the pak just add 1/4 th spoon only.
STEP : 6
Take one plate apply ghee to this plate fully in order to pour that paste into it and after removing it is easy to remove the pieces.
STEP : 7
Then when the paste is in a light hot we will cut into pieces otherwise after fully cooled up it wont get pieces in order to cut.
