This is same as mysoe pak this is made up of gram flour,ghee which is a good desert and simple to do this dessert with simple ingridients in our home only and also not a time taking process for preparation .

Ingredients of Mysore pak

1.00 cup gramflour
1.00 cup sugar
2.00 cup ghee
0.25 cup water
0.25 tbsp bakingsoda

Take bengal gram and make it into fine powder then it becomes to gram flour take 1 cup of this flour.

Take one dish add this gram flour to the dish and made it fry for sometime until the color changes,after the color has changed take this out.

With in the same bowl add 1 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water to it and stirr well until the sugar dissolves and a lather is formed on the top.

Then add a pinch of baking soda to it in order to increase the taste of the pak just add 1/4 th spoon only.

Take one plate apply ghee to this plate fully in order to pour that paste into it and after removing it is easy to remove the pieces.
