Red chutney preparation

STEP : 1
Take a mixer jar add some roasted peanuts,some garlic pods and enough red chilly powder and little tamarind with them.

STEP : 2
Add enough salt and water for them and grind it well as fine paste,you may add some roasted onions if needed.
Potato sabzi preparation

STEP : 1
Heat a pan add some oil and some mustard seeds and green chilies and some curry leaves with them.

STEP : 2
Add some onion slices and little turmeric powder and stir well for few seconds till the raw smell out.

Then add a little water and add enough salt for them and bring to boil for few seconds.

STEP : 4
Then add boiled and smashed potato slices and fine chopped coriander leaves with them and stir well.

You may add a few drops of lime juice over them and keep aside the prepared potato sabzi.
Masala Dosa preparation

STEP : 1
Take a cup of fermented rice batter to a mixing bowl.

STEP : 2
Add enough salt in a ladle and add little water where the salt needs to dissolve in it,add them to that rice batter and mix well till it mixes well together.

Heat a flat pan or tawa crease some oil add two heaped spoon full of dosa batter over the tawa.

STEP : 4
Spread the poured batter as thin round shape using a ladle,better to spread thin layer which makes the dosa crispy.

STEP : 5
Take one spoon full of prepared red chutney and spread over the dosa,add some more chutney if needed.

STEP : 6
Then place one heaped spoon full of prepared potato sabzi over them and spread all over the dosa.

Pour some oil or ghee over them and fold them as slight corner half fold.

STEP : 8
Again fold the other half end which faced to center,that i have shown in the picture,topping some butter and serve hot.
