Flour Preparation

STEP : 1
Take two cups of sifted all purpose flour or wheat flour in a seperate bowl.

STEP : 2
Add little bit of salt for taste and mix it ,you can use maida for making wraps.

STEP : 3
To make a smooth dough ,add two to three tablespoon of oil or butter into flour.

STEP : 4
Gradually add little by little of water and knead a smooth dough by using hands

STEP : 5
After kneading a soft dough ,close the lid and leave it under 10 to 15 minutes.
Masala Preparation

STEP : 1
Initially to prepare a masala ,take a blender add a cup of thin sliced onions.

STEP : 2
Add half cup of garlic cloves in a blender or else you make the garlic paste seperately.

STEP : 3
Add half cup of ginger pieces in a blender or else you can blend the garlic seperately.

STEP : 4
Add half cup of chopped coriander leaves or cilantro in a blender jar shown in below image.

Add a single cinnamon stick,lavang or cloves and a single green cardamon in a blender .

Add some fennel seeds ,if you won't prefer you can skip the fennel seeds in a blender.

Add a tablespoon of coriander powder or dhania powder in a mixie jar for good smell.

Add a tablespoon of garam masala along with the blending ingredients in a mixie jar.

Add a tablespoon of cumin seeds powder or jeera powder along with the blending ingredients.

Add a tablespoon of red chilli powder for more spiciness along with the blending ingredients.

Add a tablespoon of mutton masala powder for more spiciness along with the blending ingredients .

Add two nos of tomatoes (cut into four pieces) along with the blending ingredients in a mixie jar.

Add a cup of small coconut pieces along with the blending ingredients in a blender .

Now blend all the ingredients in a blender jar and make it a smooth paste .

For tampering ,turn on the flame ,place a long bottomed kadai or vessel,add half cup of oil and let it heat.

Take half kilogram of mutton, wash it and marinate it in fridge , by squeezing half part of lemon juice for an hour.

When the oil get heat up nicely , add a tablespoon of mustard seeds and let it splutter.

Add 8 to 10 fresh curry leaves and let it splutter for few seconds till it turns crisp.

After an hour , Add the marinated mutton mince and saute it finely for few minutes

Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix it ,till the raw mutton cooks well

Add a tablespoon of crystal salt in a mutton mince and mix it very well.

When it is half cooked ,add the blended masala into the mutton and mix it .

Now let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes ,close the lid and leave it for few minutes.

When everything is complete ,turn off the flame and let the curry cool down for few minutes in a seperate bowl
Preparation for mutton wrap

STEP : 1
To make a wrap, take a knead dough and divide it into three round size balls to make rotties

STEP : 2
Now roll the medium size balls in a round size gently on a flat surface area.

STEP : 3
Place a pan on high flame , add a roll after few sew seconds apply a little bit of oil on all sides.

STEP : 4
Then Flip it on other sides gently don't cook it too much keep in a low flame , cook it on both sides.

Do the remaining rolls in a same way ,you can apply a beaten egg over the roties and can cook it once again in a pan.

Place a roti on a flat surface, add cooled mutton mince over the tortilla , apply some mayonnaise if possible.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of finely chopped onions on top of the curry for a different taste

STEP : 8
Sprinkle a finely chopped coriander leaves or cilantro on top of the mutton mince over the roti

In a same way do the remaining tortilla or roties and close it in a invert position carefully with silver foil .Our yummy marinated mutton mince wrap is ready.
