STEP : 1
At the first step we can clean the mutton pieces using water and drain excess water then keep it aside .

STEP : 2
Then chop some onion , ginger ,garlic and tomato and then put mutton in to a pressure cooker put chopped onion ,ginger , garlic .

Then pour the chopped tomato and ground spices like cardamom , cloves , pepper corns , cinnamon and cumin seeds to it .

Then put the powders to it like chilly powder , coriander powder , turmeric powder , garam masala and salt to it .

Pour some oil also to it and then mix everything well using clean hands and add water if needed to it .

Then close the pressure cooker and keep on flame , wait for six to seven visils and when it is cooked put the sliced potato to it .

STEP : 7
Mix it well carefully and then pour some coriander leaves to it , then again close the pressure cooker and on flame.

STEP : 8
Wait for two more visils and then off the flame , then when it's done open it and pour some coriander leaves again.

STEP : 9
Our mutton potato curry is ready to serve , transfer it to the serving plate and have it along with appam or rice .
