Mutton pickle is very spicy and delicious pickle, and it is very tasty mutton pickle. It is very famous dish in Hyderabad and it is very easy to make in the home.
Ingredients

- 1.50 kg Meat
- 2.50 cup Oil
- 1.50 cup Red chilli powder
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.50 tbsp Salt
- 1.50 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1.25 cup Cumin seeds
- 1.25 cup Mustard seeds
- 6.00 nos Fenugreek seeds Methi
- 10.50 cup Lemon
- 5.00 nos Garlic rods
- 4.00 nos Dry red chilli
Instructions
Mutton Pickle
- These are the ingredients required to make the Meat pickle in home with simple steps
- You can use any meat mutton or beef the process is same for both. In this step you need to make the slices of the meat as you required the pieces
- After making the slices of the meat you need to wash the meat and put it in the frying pan
- Now you need to add the one big table spoon of Ginger garlic paste in the meat
- Now add one big table spoon of salt as per the taste in the meat for further process
- Next you need to add half table spoon of turmeric powder in the meat for further process
- Next you need to add one big table spoon of red chilli powder in the meat
- After adding the ingredients you need to mix it well the meat for further process
- Next step is you need to add one glass of water in the meat to cook for further process
- After pouring water mix it well the meat and put it on the gas stove for cooking, it should cook until the water soaked completely
- Till the meat gets cooked you need to peel off the garlic pieces for further process
- On the other stove you need to roast the cumin seeds ( Zeera) in the frying pan till it becomes light brown in color
- After roasting the cumin seeds you need to remove it in the plate for further process
- After removing cumin seeds Next you need to roast the mustard seeds in the frying pan for further process
- After roasting the mustard seeds you need to remove it in the plate for further process
- Next you need to put some fenugreek seeds (Methi) in the frying pan to roast
- After roasting the fenugreek seeds in the frying pan you need to remove it in the plate for further process
- After roasting the ingredients you need to grind it, take the grinder cup put the roasted cumin seeds, roasted mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds to grind like a powder
- Now the powder is ready Next you need to remove it in the plate for the further process
- After removing the the above powder you need to make the garlic pieces paste in the grinder
- Now the garlic paste is ready you need to remove it in the plate and mix it well the powder and the garlic paste for further process
- Now the meat has been soaked the water completely and now you need to add the one cup of oil in the meat to fry the meat
- After putting oil you need to cook the meat for 10 minutes and keep aside for further process
- Now take the another cooking utensil add one cup of oil in it for further process
- After heating the oil now add 4 to 5 garlic pieces for further process .
- After adding garlic pieces it should cook and next you need to add half table spoon of cumin seeds for further process
- Next you need to put the mustard seeds in the Cooking utensil it should become light brown in color
- Now add 4 to 5 dry red chillies in the Cooking utensil for further process
- Next you need to switch off the stove and now add the one big table spoon of red chilli powder in the Cooking utensil for further process

- Next you need to add the salt as per the taste in the Cooking utensil for further process
- Now you need to add the above made powder of cumin seeds, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds and garlic paste in the Cooking utensil for further process
- Now mix it well all the added ingredients in the Cooking utensil for further process
- Next add the above cooked meat in the Cooking utensil and stir Well for further process
- Next you need to take out the 10 to 15 lemon of juice in the cup for further process
- Now you need put the above made lemon juice in the meat in the Cooking utensil for further process
- After adding lemon juice you need to stir and mix well the meat in the Cooking utensil, now pickle is ready.
