Ingredients of Mutton paya
STEP : 1
At the first step take the mutton legs in a bowl and clean it well and then keep it aside .

Then take the pressure cooker and keep on flame pour some oil to it and when it is hot add the spices .

Then saute it well and then add some chopped ginger and garlic to it stir well and then add the mutton legs.

Then add sliced onion to it and green chillies also mix everything well and pour some water to cook it .

When it boils add turmeric powder, red chilli powder , coriander powder and garam masala to it add salt also .

Then mix everything well and then close the pressure cooker and let it cook well , wait for six visils .

Then check whether the mutton legs are cooked or not , mutton legs will take more time to cook so pour some more water and let it cooked again

Then again wait for six visils or more and when we can see the oil separated at upper layer , its done .

Add some coriander leaves and curry leaves to it and mix it well , then off the flame and enjoy the dish .
