- 8.00 nos Mutton Paya
- 1.00 nos Onion
- 0.50 nos Garlic
- 1.00 tbsp Ginger
- 5.00 tbsp Chili
- 1.00 nos Tomato
- 0.25 cup Coriander Leaves
- 0.50 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Turmeric
- 0.25 tbsp Chili Powder
- 0.50 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 4.00 tbsp Oil
Instructions

- Chop the onion Grate the ginger Chop the tomatoes Slit the green chili. Finely chop the coriander leaves.
- Wash the tangri or the paya very well and clean it. Make the tangri of uniform size so that it is boiled and blended uniformly.
- Set aside the turmeric powder Grind the black pepper Set aside the red chili powder and salt for adding to the spice.
- Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker for 1 minute atleast so that atleast the oil is heated very well to fry the spices.
- Add the onion, green chili, finger and garlic to the hot oil Add a pinch of salt and fry till they are golden brown.
- To the mixture above add the black pepper powder and stir very well so that all the ingredients are mashed and mix thoroughly.
- To the mixture above add the tomato and fry them till it softens and add the tangroi or the paya to the pressure cooker.
- Add the red chili powder and remianing salt and mix very well and stir the ingredients in the pressure cooker.
- Add 3 cups of water in the pressure cooker and bring it to boil . Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook it for 15 minutes. Once done serve it in a soup bow garnished with coriander leaves.
