STEP : 1
Clean and wash the mutton pieces very well. Cut the big pieces into small ones so that the pieces are uniform and boiled equally.

To the mutton pieces washed above add salt and turmeric and mix it very well so that the salt is spread all over the mutton.

Put a cup of water in the pressure cooker and boil the mutton in it for 12 minutes. After pressure is cooled keep aside the mutton and water for cooking the gravy.

Peel the potato and cut into 2 halves. Chop the onions and tomato Slit the green chili Make the ginger paste Peel a full garlic.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the potatoes to it so that it is deep fried and becomes golden brown in color.

To the fried potato above add the chopped onions, green chili and garlic and fry them till the onion turns golden brown.

Add salt and turmeric to the mixture above Add the chopped tomato and fry them till it softens and melts completely.

Add the boiled mutton along with the gravy from step 3 into the kadai. Mix it well with the fried masala and cook in simmer for 8-10 minutes.

Take a cup of plain yogurt and beat it very well in the cup itself so that it is smooth.
STEP : 10
Switch off the gas flames and add the beaten yogurt to the mutton gravy and mix it well. This will give a tangy taste to the mutton masala.
