- 1.25 kg Mutton kaleji
- 1.25 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1.25 tbsp Salt
- 1.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1.25 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2.00 nos Onion
- 3.00 nos Green chillies
- 1.25 cup Oil
- 1.25 tbsp Garam masala
- 1.25 tbsp Coriander leaves

- First step you need to chopped the Onions and kaleji into small cubes shape as shown
- First step you need to take the pressure cooker and put it on the stove and heat it and add the oil in it
- After heating the oil next you need to add the chopped Onions in the pressure cooker as shown and cook for few minutes
- After cooking the Onions for few minutes you need to add the one table spoon of ginger garlic paste in the pressure cooker.
- Next step you need to add the half table spoon of salt or as per the taste and cook for few minutes
- Next you need to add the half table spoon of turmeric powder in the cooker
- Next you need to add the one table spoon of red chilli powder in the pressure cooker and mix it well and cook for few minutes
- After the Onion gets cooked you need to add the chopped Mutton kaleji in the pressure cooker and mix it well and cook for few minutes
- After the kaleji you mix next you need to add the half glass of water in it as shown and put the upper lid and cook for few minutes
- After it gets cooked you need to add the chopped green chilles in it as shown
- Next you need to add the one table spoon of Garam masala powder in the pressure cooker and for few minutes
- Next you need to add the coriander leaves in the pressure cooker and mix it well and cook for few minutes and switch off the stove
