These are the 10 simple ingredients required to make the Mutton kaleji ka salan in the home.

First step you need to chopped the Onions and kaleji into small cubes shape as shown

First step you need to take the pressure cooker and put it on the stove and heat it and add the oil in it

After heating the oil next you need to add the chopped Onions in the pressure cooker as shown and cook for few minutes

After cooking the Onions for few minutes you need to add the one table spoon of ginger garlic paste in the pressure cooker.

Next step you need to add the half table spoon of salt or as per the taste and cook for few minutes
